Vegas Royal Experience Cancellation Policy

If your service date is more than seven (7) days out from your initial booking through our online invoicing platform you will be required to pay a 50% deposit of the total for your requested services. You have 3 days (72 hours) to request a cancellation of your booking deposit. If 3 days (72 hours) have gone by since your payment, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund, and any service modifications will be at the discretion of Vegas Royal Experience, LLC.

When booking with a representative in-person or through our invoice system for services that will be rendered in less than seven (7) days you will be required to provide a payment in full for the requested services at the time of booking. All payments for services scheduled within seven (7) days of purchase is final and all funds will be non-refundable.

To complete your cancellation, please attach a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase and send to us at cancel@vegasroyalecperiences.com.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your cancellation is received we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 3-5 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
